  1. Hi it’s looking like a for test on either day 2 or both 2+8 on return from most countries am I right in saying these tests need to be ordered whilst abroad for them to arrive at your address 48 hrs before returning to the uk many thanks

    • Hi Margaret, yes, before travelling to England, everyone who hasn’t visited or passed through a country on the red list in the 10 days before arriving must book and pay for a Travel Test Package, which will include COVID-19 tests to be taken on or before day 2 and on or after day 8 of your quarantine.

    • It is but you can still travel. Just need to tak in account the mandatory quarantine on return to the UK.

    • You can! Those who have been vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arriving in Turkey and/or have had COVID-19 within the last 6 months before entry, will not be asked to present a negative PCR test report and will not be required to quarantine.

Passengers travelling from Ireland to Turkey who do not provide such evidence will be required to present a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hr or a negative rapid antigen test report taken within 48 hr.

    • Hi there, yes you can! You will just need a PCR test 72 hr (3 days) prior to arriving in Turkey. Note that you are required to quarantine for 10 days on return back to the UK.
